As for folks in Western Uganda….I can believe you….I have good Karamoja friends who will defend their cattle like a nonsense…one guy even claimed he’d give his life to protect his cattle before he would think about protecting his wife in the same way.

Hey, prisoners in thi country are guests of her majesty.Think about it, they get free accommodation that comes with a Sky membership, free dental work, free education (yes, you can do courses)- AND NO I HAVE NEVER BEEN ONE SUC GUEST but I treat said people.

I’ve always found it funny that prisoners are referred to as guest of her majesty…LOL! Not that I was anywhere near one, someone just asked where I was while mentioning hospitals, holidays or her majesty’s provision.
